Thanks to all of you fans out there, Valve will be releasing Left 4 Dead 2′s Dead Air DLC before it’s July 22nd expected release. Last week Valve took out a challenge to the L4D2 community to complete the “Stream Crosser” achievement 20,000 times, to which the community responded by completing it 60,774 times in the first 24 hours of the challenge. The “Stream Crosser” challenge includes beating the Cold Stream campaign, and since Valve challenged the community to beat it, I’m guessing it’s rather hard to do. Anyways, since you guys did it, Valve will be keeping their word and will be releasing the Cold Air DLC as soon …
If you’re like me, and can’t wait until October 27th to get your hands on Forza 3, then you’re going to like today’s news. Microsoft and Turn 10 have just announced that the demo for Forza 3 will go live on September 24th, giving us a chance to try out some of the newest additions to the game. Seems like every single item has gotten the camouflage treatment, in either grey or white. The special button controllers for both the PS3 and Xbox360 look good, but both get a hefty price tag of $50. Like I stated last week, the best part of this list has to be the Throat Communicator Mic for the 360 that gets a $30 price. Will I be getting any of these accessories? Maybe the Throat Communicator, but check …
Thanks to Joystiq here we get the newest trailer from Assassins Creed 2, featuring some new in game footage with an awesome song to back it up. Some serious killing is done in the trailer so viewer discretion is advised (not really). The trailer makes me want to play this one, maybe. Check it out below.
Is it just me or are Xbox Arcade Games becoming really good all of the sudden? With the release of Trials HD, TMNT Turtles in Time Re-Shelled, Marvel VS Capcom 2, and now Shadow Complex, it seems like it to me. We know we cant put down either one of Marvel VS Capcom 2 or Trials HD when ever we play them, but with tomorrows release of Shadow Complex, it looks like another Xbox Arcade title will be put into our rotation. If you don’t already know, here’s a little run down of Shadow Complex. To start things off, its developed by Epic Games… need more info? Okay, well, powered …
